All Classes----- The dates for the mid year assessment have been changd to the following:

February 8--Tuesday--BDF classes

February 9-- Wednesday--ACE classes

Study guide will be reviewed next week 0n Tuesday, Wednesday. There will be early morning study sessions next Tuesday, Wednesday and thursday mornings at 7:10 am.

Homework--For your American Revolution project--print out information on your groups 2 assigned events.

The mid year assessment is scheduled for Monday January 31, ACE classes and Tuesday February 1 for BDF classes. Thursday and Friday of this week will be mid year review days. Make sure you have your study guide with you.

Clash of Empires/French and Indian War Test--Tuesday 1/25/11--ACE classes; Wednesday, 1/26/11 BDF classes. There will be morning study sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 7:10 in my classroom. Just come into the building and come up to my room. I will also be available on Monday afternoon until 2:45 pm and Tuesday until 3:00pm.

Notebook check will be due on the day of your test--Tuesday or Wednesday--

Review for mid year assessment will begin after this test. The mid year assessment will be on Monday, January 31 (ACE classes) and Tuesday February 1,( BDF classes).

As a result of the snow days the test and notebook check have been pushed back. The test on Clash of Empires/French and Indian war will be on Tuesday January 25 (ACE classes) and on

Wednesday January 26 for BDF classes. The notebook check will be due on the respective test days. The homework is to prepare for the test by reviewing and completing the study guide. A second study guide is being handed out today and tomorrow for the upcoming mid year assessment. Those dates are Monday, January 31 (ACE classes) and Tuesday February 1(BDF classes).

Word of the Day # 32 is due next class period.

As a result of the snow day, the test on French explorations and the French and Indian War will be the following: January 24 ACE classes and January 25 BDF classes. Study guide should be completed for classes on January 18, 19. There will be study sessions for any student any morning next week beginning at 7:15 am. Just come in to class--no pass required.

Complete for next class period the 1,2 paragraph essay on the movie A Time For Justice.

Notebook check will be on the upcoming test days.

For 1/10(ACE) and 1/11(BDF) classes the French and Indian worksheet must be completed. There is a very good website where you can locate good information on the topics from the worksheet. the site can be accessed by the following address: http://frenchandindianwar.info

The site has a lot of information on many of the topics from the worksheet.

There will also be a notebook check due next week--Monday through Thursday.
